Instructions for purchasing with PayPal

All payments are in CDN dollars. We are an IMPORT distribution specialist,if your order is not in stock we will order your title and ship it within 3 weeks of order confirmation. PHD Canada is not responsible for delayed shipments from suppliers. PHD Canada will issue no refunds for ordered product and will supply alternates when listed and available.

To purchase please follow these instructions:

Search our online catalogue and use the indicated "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your shopping cart.
To view the contents of your cart, click the "View Cart" button found at the top of the catalogue pages and a new window will appear with your selections listed, quantities, and prices.

To complete your shopping experience, click the "Checkout" button found on the bottom right of your shopping cart window. Shipping and handling will be calculated for you and a new screen will give you the final total.
To pay for your purchase, log into PayPal from the shopping cart window and follow the instructions as they are given by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for one in minutes from the shopping cart window.

You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment. Please keep this email for future reference.
We will email you when your order ships. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us by email. When emailing us, please quote your paypal confirmation number in the subject line. We will require your order date, paypal confirmation number, payment amount, shipping address and items purchased when inquiring about orders.
